This is the MOST POPULAR course in Singapore! (if you wish to work on ladies only) During pregnancy, a woman grows physically, faces hormonal changes, swelling, depression, stress, anxiety. After a delivery, the woman needs time to recover. Generally it takes 6 weeks for normal delivery and as long as 10 weeks or more for delivery with surgery. Recovery allows the body to return to normal. There has been hormonal imbalance and the uterus needs to return to pre-pregnancy size too. Many women will tell you they feel fatigue, some will have post delivery blue which may last between days to weeks. Generally, we take good care of the new mummy and give her adequate rest, nutritious food which can produce more milk, and massage.

To enable the candidate to perform a postnatal massage safely, bind the client’s tummy effectively and help the client detox and encourage blood and lymph flow. This is a massage every new mum needs! PTA helps you understand the anatomy of delivery and what to avoid, how to perform a safe massage and help new mums reap all the benefits of a good javanese postnatal massage. This is a pre-requisite before we recommend you the Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

Course Fee: $1,580 (all inclusive)

Enrol Requirement: Primary/below Secondary or equivalent.
Minimum Age: 17 years
Part Time Course 2x, 2.5months, 7-10pm
